In 1916 the SS Caserta sailed into New York Harbor with Carrie Cerino and her family bringing forth family recipes from the Umbria region of Italy. Founded in 1945, CC’s has not only maintained the foundation of Carrie’s original recipes but have blended in new and innovative menu items such as The Blue Egg Ravioli, USDA Certified Organic Chicken & Salmon.
Our party center accommodates private parties from 25 to 400 guests for any type of special event. Carrie Cerino’s has a continued commitment to consistency, quality and value which are the traditions set forth by Carrie herself. |
